Suggest a good place for an impromptu business meeting

    In a new city without any setup office space or a helpful friend lending one, what would be the best place for a short business meeting ?

    Depends on who you are meeting, image you are trying to create etc. Informal meetings are ok in CCD or any decent coffee house. If you are looking to create a professional and corporate kind of image, I would suggest Regus  meeting rooms or maybe meeting rooms of other such companies (In Mumbai, around 2K per hour, but surely there should be other cheaper options). I have seen the Regus offices, they create a stunning impact. This also depends on the location to which you are traveling.

    I would also recommend Regus if you need a meeting room, they have some really cheap plans available. Alternatively (and I don't know if this works anywhere outside of Amsterdam, THe Netherlands) but there are a lot of places where you just rent a desk. A search on google for Flex Work Space should get you rolling.

    If you don't need any privacy I've found that there is nothing wrong with meeting up in a coffee shop.
