Just wanted to know how to convince the corporates to go for flexy employment solutions instead of adding permanent headcounts.........
Its a toughie. Most corps work with strict hierarchies and reporting structures - and the flexibility is not something they're designed to handle. Most do not even have a real clue about measuring the output of managers right, except through terrible proxies.
My gut feel, though, is that in a few years, industry will have to engage with folks who have been there, done that, and are looking to engage on flexible terms.
Your pitch mentioned in your website does not seem to be very clear. It seems to be very similar to software outsourcing companies but then they are very specific about their domain and also cost arbitrage between US and India is a killer proposition. Your pitch is too too generic to the level of being unbelievable because the problems mentioned are very true but its also true that the solutions are very very tough to find, what is about you that you are able to solve such tough problems, that is not mentioned.
