My mobile no is 8796876440 & my e mail id is smahanty.tulip @gmail.com.I had order 4 products on 11th Nov,2012. My transaction ID is 10154650.Till date(16/01/2013) I didn't get my product.So many times i had complained to the customer care executive.Till now I didnt get a single satisfactory answer or any call back from their side.On 19th 0f december I request to customer care executive to cancel my order.He told me it will take 48 hours to conform your cancellation.Already 48 hoours gone,But I didn't get any type of conformation.What is happening?

Can u just help me for this fraud ?
