    How much it cost for 2 person LLP reg in NewDelhi. Any pointer except vakilsearch?

    LLP registration will require a minimum of 2 people.
    Contact any Local CA, he will assist you in registering that. You can start a company with a capital of INR 1,00,000 (Minimum required) for the registration.
    MCA Fee and Various forms will cost you around 7,000 to 8,000.
    Digital Signatures for the partners - around 4,000 (2 years validity)
    Others - around 4,000 to 5,000
    CA Fee - 5,000 to 8,000

    You'll be up and running with in 18-25K (CA fee differs) in around 45-60 days.
