We Need your advice/suggestion to move forward on the below issue:

We found another website which is 90% similar to our website including the content, functionality, fields, wordings, error messages, categories and script variables used in our website script.

Our website is 4 years old and the new website is just 6 months old. They are also targeting the same segment which we are into. Also they are communicating with our listed members to register in their website.

We have been getting calls from our registered members about new website.

We are not sure how to move forward !

Some suggestions came out with in our team as below:
1. Contact them directly and request them to change the things which is similar to ours. - what to do if they refuse?
2. Approach Legal experts

Please advice the best way to go-ahead !
